CMMC Level 1 Compliance
As of December 16, 2024, the Department of Defense (DoD) officially implemented the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) 2.0 framework. While full enforcement of CMMC requirements across all defense contracts will be phased in over the coming years - beginning mid-to-late 2025 - Advanced Systems Technology, Inc. is proud to announce that we have completed our CMMC Level 1 self-assessment and affirms compliance with the security requirements for protecting Federal Contract Information (FCI), as required by FAR Clause 52.204-21.
This demonstrates our proactive commitment to cybersecurity best practices and to safeguarding Federal Contract Information (FCI). Although CMMC compliance is not yet mandatory for all DoD contracts, we recognize the importance of early adoption to support the security of the defense supply chain and ensure uninterrupted eligibility for future opportunities.
Our organization is well-positioned to meet the evolving requirements of the CMMC program as they are introduced through the upcoming phased rollout, with full implementation expected by 2028.
